About this apartment rental
Welcome to our bright studio apartment, only 3 blocks from the center of Black Mountain on the northern edge of the Dougherty Heights Historic District. This large detached above-garage studio is across the deck from our shaded 1924 home just off Montreat Rd.
King-size bed, sitting area, dining area, & kitchenette. The studio is detached from the main house above the garage; outside you have your own deck space & access to the hot tub! Our pup will greet you in the yard on arrival but is never allowed in the guests' living space. We are powered by solar panels with backup battery in case of power outages.
Hot tub, Roku TV with access to Netflix & YouTube TV for local stations & sports, deck overlooking our garden with access to whatever vegetables happen to be growing during your visit.

The studio apartment is darling! Very clean, everything worked, and the hosts were available when I needed help with a key. The property is located moments from everything in Black Mountain, with most attraction within walking dista. Very reasonable price!

Met our needs in every way. Macon and Bernard are delightful hosts and were attentive our whole stay. Great location and accommodations. We'll be staying there again.
