It truly lives up to its name like an artist`s canvas, filled with strokes of reds, oranges, and yellows, brilliant colors that will leave you breathless at the close of the day.

As you drive up, you will immediately notice the exciting shape of this home. Its angled architecture is a charming find. The large covered decks have plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy a bottle of wine with good friends and family while cooking dinner on the deck, or cozy up by the fire pit for a spooky ghost story. The house is set on three floors. The main level is spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating around numerous areas. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need to cook for the masses. The master King en suite has a private deck on the upper level. A second Queen room is also upstairs. The third King bedroom and second full bath are on the bottom floor.

Take advantage of the quiet cove to use one of the three Kayaks, or the Paddleboard which can be can be adapted for fishing with rod holders to begin your adventure. This is a family fun home whether fishing, swimming, or simply catching some rays. The yard play host to deer and birds as the trees provide nice shelter (cue the wildlife).

The home is conveniently located near Downtown Moneta, with bunches of dining, events, and shopping just a short drive away. Grab some local farm-raised beef, zucchini, or tomatoes at the open-air produce market and spark up the gas grill on the patio for a fresh, home-cooked meal. Or rent a boat and moor it at the dock. You will love the colorful decor in this one-of-a-kind vacation rental - perfect for families and friends. This home will allow 1 small, well-behaved dog with paid fee. Pet must be under 35 pounds.

House Rules for Your Stay

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
