Luxury Villa Cosmopolitan with Pool is in the wonderful part of Split Riviera, in Podstrana. This luxury holiday villa near the city of Split offers amazing views of the sea and the Dalmatian islands. Moreover, here you have 2 swimming pools at your disposal! Next, you can enjoy lots of privacy and plenty of outdoor space!
Luxury Villa Cosmopolitan with Pool ideally accommodates up to 8 guests. It is perfect for families with or without children and for groups of friends.
Luxury Villa Cosmopolitan with Pool offers plenty of space to spend time outside. Moreover, it offers lots of indoors space and many amenities, which is perfect when the weather is not the best or when you are out of summer season. Here you have at your disposal 450 square meters of the living space. The total plot is 1600 square meters.
The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, connected to the living room and the dining area. The kitchen has all appliances, including an ice maker and coffee maker.
It opens to the outdoor terrace with a large outdoor pool. The outdoor pool comes with a heating option available and has more than 50square meters of surface. Around the pool you will also find the lounge area for relaxing hours in the sun or in the shade.
There is a basketball court as well as goals for small-sided soccer and table tennis tables outdoors.
Summer kitchen and alfresco dining set allows you to spend and enjoy the warm summer evenings outdoors in the company of your family or a group of friends. An electric barbecue and wood-burning barbecue are available.
The indoor pool is on the ground floor. It comes with a heating option. It is perfect to relax on rainy and colder days. Next to the indoor pool there is also a fitness room. So, you can stay fit even on vacation and do a training session in bad weather. There is also a sauna at your disposal.
There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in each. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are oriented so that they look directly onto the sea. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. The other three bedrooms feature large king size beds. Baby cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.
Pets are welcome on request. This means, the prior notice about bringing pet must be announced and the pet fee will be confirmed upon request.
On request, events such as smaller weddings or other celebrations are possible to organize at the villa. Event fee may apply.
There are five parking spaces available, two of which are in the garage.

Villa Cosmopolitan was the perfect place for our family vacation. It had everything we needed – a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool, and plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.
We were traveling with kids, and the setup of the villa made it really easy. The pool was a big hit, and the fact that the villa was in a quiet area meant we didn’t have to worry about too much noise. The indoor and outdoor seating areas were great, and we had breakfast outside almost every morning.
Overall, this was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had. The villa was spotless, had everything we needed, and made our stay in Croatia even more special. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time in Croatia, and staying at Villa Cosmopolitan made the trip even better. The villa is exactly as described – modern, spacious, and very well maintained. Each bedroom has an en-suite, which was great for our group since we all had our own space.
We loved how easy it was to get around. We rented a car, which made trips into Split simple. The city has so much to offer, from historical sites to amazing restaurants.
I can’t recommend this villa enough. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d love to come back again!

Our stay at Villa Cosmopolitan was truly a dream! The villa is stunning – spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated with incredible attention to detail. It felt like the perfect escape for a group of friends like us, especially because each bedroom had its own en-suite, giving everyone plenty of privacy.
The pool was perfect for hot afternoons, and we loved having dinner on the terrace. The villa is tucked away in a peaceful area, but still only about 15 minutes from the centre of Split. We took the staff’s advice to check out Riva, the promenade by the harbour, for dinner one night. The ambiance there was amazing – we had fresh seafood and enjoyed the views of the harbour at sunset.
The concierge service at the villa was a nice touch too. We had questions about things to do and places to visit, and the team gave us personalized recommendations. They even organized a guided tour of Diocletian's Palace for us, which was fascinating. It was nice to have everything planned out, so we didn’t have to worry about logistics.
Overall, Villa Cosmopolitan made for a fantastic holiday, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service made this an experience we won’t forget.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cosmopolitan for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The villa is incredibly spacious, and the modern design immediately makes you feel like you’re in a luxury retreat.
But what made this stay really special was the attention to detail and the service. The staff was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. The villa’s concierge was especially helpful – they recommended some fantastic local restaurants in Split and arranged a private boat tour for us, which was a highlight of our trip.
We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and I’m already planning our next visit!
