Villa Mermaid - Heated Pool, Sea Views & Beach 120m I Split Riviera

The host met us when we arrived (we arrived much later than anticipated due to traffic) but they very felxible and meet us at the time of our arrival. The host walked us through the house and gave us all the necessary information so we could fully enjoy our stay. House is FULLY equiped with everything you could possibly need. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, Nesspreso machine etc. House is huge and the pictures don't do it justice. There are four rooms in total. Two on ground floor and two on the first floor. There are two master rooms on each floor however even the smaller ones are quite big. Very comfortable large beds. Each room comes with its own beautiful bathroom and they all have a great shower pressure. Two large living rooms and beautiful dining areas. House has many terraces for you to enjoy the beautiful view and a spectacular sunset. There are two additional washrooms, one on each floor which is super convenient if you don't feel like going upstairs if your room is on the first floor. House was impeccably clean! Plenty of entertainment and a very decently equiped gym that we used every single day, boxing bag and the boxing equipment was a really nice touch. Outside area is stunning, well maintained. We especially enjoyed the grill area with the table under the vinyards. THere are also fruit trees that you can help yourself with if they are in season Host super responsive. We had an issue with a music box, texted them, by the time we came back from the beach a new one was already dropped of at the porch. Beaches are close by (about 7 minute walk), plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach as well as possibilities to rent sunbeds and umbrellas. There are couple of supermarkets in a walking distance as well as a pharmacy. As a group of people who due this regularly (pick a place in Europe, rent a large property where we can all fit) would definitely reccomend this place. Great for families with kids as well!

It was a lovely property, a lot of space and very well equipped. There is lots to do with pool, pool table, table tennis, darts. There are separate living areas so great for a group. The garden is lovely with lots of different fruits growing. Sunsets from the property are amazing. There are several different balconies/outdoor seating areas

Det var lidt slidt og trænger til vedligehold. Det er ellers et lækkert hus, bare lidt forsømt.
