“Cash House” 1459 Mizzen Alley ~ This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 8.

Come settle into the Charleston coastal countryside at the best place to take it all in—the front porch of the Cash house.

Step inside, and be greeted by this bright and airy contemporary space featuring natural marble countertops, brand new appliances and a large wood table that seats 8. An additional 5 seats at the kitchen bar bring the total seating to 13. From the kitchen, the breeze flows freely through the living area, which features comfortable, luxe furniture and a large smart TV for unwinding. The first-floor owner's suite has an attached bathroom, walk-in shower and sizeable closet. The second floor features two bedrooms. One with 2 full sized beds and the other with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-No pets allowed
-This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rental is an option.
-Guests do not have access to the garage
-Parking for 1 car is available behind the garage (car must park parallel to the garage because of the short driveway depth. There is also parking at the street)

-Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.
