In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This 4-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental offers an open floor plan great for family and friends as well as spectacular golf views from both the front and back of the home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is perfect for sitting on the front porch rockers and watching the golfers as they play.
You will feel right at home once you walk through the front door. A sitting area for relaxing and enjoying some southern sweet tea is to the left, and the formal dining room is to the right. The living room has a flat-screen TV and provides lots of natural lighting through many windows. French doors lead out to the back deck with gas grill and plenty of room for outdoor dining while enjoying golf course and lagoon views. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area and offers an additional dining table.
The primary bedroom with flat screen TV has a king-size bed with high-quality bedding and invites you onto the deck through French doors where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the golfers. The large primary bathroom has 2 separate sinks, ample counter space, glass shower, and jetted tub. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for your holiday attire.
This home also has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, flat-screen TV's, DVD players, and private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. The 4th bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet as well as board games for family fun.
Sparrow Hawk is only a short distance to the beautiful Kiawah Island beach. Enjoy the 5 minute bike ride along the trail to the unmatched beauty of our shore.
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

The property was outstanding! I am a Marriott Vacation Owner and I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail at this property. Extra towels and linen was in a separate linen closet. Every imaginable item was available (i.e fully stocked laundry room, different sized sandwich bags,and several brooms).The only thing that wasn’t great was the obsolescence toilets(too low). Need to install comfort height commodes. The shrubbery also needs trimming and the ability to get local TV stations was difficult, Overall I rate the property a 9.7 out of 10.Clarence

House was near everything on Kiawah Island. Short drive to beach and Freshfields Village and only about39 minutes to Charlestown.House was well stocked with everything and clean.

Beds super comfortable. Great location for us. Quite. Response from management was great!
Secondary Master Bathroom had some maintenance issues which will hopefully be addressed. Otherwise, wonderful stay.
