Charming newly renovated full-floor Jersey City brownstone with WiFi, AC

This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside and people nearby were friendly. My kids felt safe and really liked it. Very grateful to have found, solid price, and I'd book again. Eight minutes to the PATH, or ferry.

It was a wonderful stay super nice and cozy. Close to bus stations and within 30 min walking of train stations

Accommodation had lounge, kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom with air con. It was ideal for a couple of nights visiting new york during world cup. Although newly renovated the bathroom mirror was cracked and some of the decor was incomplete. Did not detract from the visit though.

The online listing was pretty accurate as far as description of space. The space had a strange odor. Upon walking in the front door the 1st thing you see is a can of febreze on the mantel. So I'm sure the owner is aware of the odor. As I grab the can and start spraying I notice a roach on the bathroom door. Between the odor and the roach I tried to spend as much time as possible out doors. I was happy I only had a 1 night stay. Came in late and checked out 1st thing in the morning.
