My property is perfect for a family getaway. Located in an amenity filled 5 star private community & 24/7 security.
Excellent location for the full Pocono Mountain experience.
In the summer the community offers 4 pools, lake access w/ canoes & kayaks available for use, tennis, basketball, & more.
In the Winter, indoor pools, tennis, fitness, plus a community ski lift available for those who purchase tickets. Bring equipment or rent.
All year round activities no matter when you book.
My property is set up for families with children, but can accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Conveniently located 1 hour and 40 minutes from NYC. Whether you are coming to the Poconos to relax with family/friends or take in the popular nearby attractions, this is the property to book.
The living room offers an extremely comfortable power-recliner sectional with seating for 6, perfectly situated in front of a wood fireplace and a 55 inch tv that is pre-loaded with Netflix and Disney + to stream at your convenience.
Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, cups, plates, silverware, toaster, and a blender. Mini Keurig is also available to use to enjoy your favorite K-cups.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and private covered balcony where you'll find a 4-person hot tub that overlooks the backyard. There is also a workplace with desk, chair, and work light.
Loft area is equipped with a futon and a variety of family friendly board games. On the wall is a mounted Pac-man arcade, magnetic darts, deer pong, and a 55 inch Tv to enjoy.
In the summer months, enjoy the weather rain/shine on the partially covered outdoor deck equipped with a patio furniture. The deck lights can be turned on to set the perfect mood throughout the night. Citronella candles are avaliable to help guest keep mosquitoes at bay. In the backyard, six chairs surround a fire pit with a perfect view of the stars. Mosquito repellent is recommended. Firewood is not provided.
The Winter months are an absolute delight. The property is equipped with a pellet stove that keeps guest and the entire house warm and cozy, even when the Pocono weather drops to single digits. Hit the back yard and build a snowman or enjoy a fire with the family.

Johnathan is a great host and communicated well with us to make sure our check in and check up process went seamless. He also answered all our questions quickly. The house is clean, updated and looked exactly like the photos. My family of five really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. A family of four. It was very comfortable and accommodating. There are towels toiletries plates pots pans etc. Jonathan checked in on us regularly and the facilities are beautiful. Extremely peaceful beautiful experience with two families of deer and especially enjoyed the outdoor sectional area. We will be back again God willing.

My family and I had a great stay at Jonathan's place! Great for families! The home had lots of games and my daughter loved the little story books and PacMan arcade game. Loved the personal touches to make the home feel so warm and cozy. The house was very clean, spacious and even though we brought our own, toiletries were provided- similar to hotel accommodations. The house is updated and beautifully decorated. Lots of outdoor space that was easily accessible with plenty of room. Jonathan was a great host, always available and answered any questions! We'll definitely be back again!
