This cozy vacation house is in a gated five Star four seasons community located in the Delaware State Forrest, right at the Bank of Delaware River. Its a beautiful and peaceful place with indoor and outdoor activities year around.

The house is a 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house that sleeps 9. There is a Bedroom with a Queen size bed and Bathroom on the first floor. A bedroom with a Queen size, one with one twin bed and a bunk bed, a loft with a full size bed and a bathroom on the second floor. Is just a short walk to a lake, Pool, Tennis and a basketball courts.
Fully equipped house with WiFi, Smart TV (which can be used with your own Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Kitchen with all new appliances, Fire Place, two spacious decks, air conditioner, outdoor BBQ ( propane tank provided. The refill is up to the guest.). After using it the guest is supposed to brush it clean.

The place is a 5 star four season gated community located in the Delaware State Forrest, right at the bank of the Delaware River. Its a very safe place with 24/7 security. The community provides indoor and outdoor activities year around and there are many attractions in the area. Its a perfect place to relax but also to keep yourself active.
As a courtesy we offer our 6 homeowners passes to our guests to use to the amenities while staying with us. Please notice that the passes have to be left at the end of your stay. If your group is bigger than 6 people you can buy extra passes for just $10 a day. Some amenities like sport courts the group needs just one pass.

You will be coming to a quiet neighborhood. So no parties or fireworks at anytime.
For your safety and mine there are outside surveillance.

- The Crossing Premium Outlet Mall which features over 100 designer stores just 35 mins away.
- Vineyards where you can go wine tasting/dinner.
- Horseback riding, ATV riding, Poconos Tree Ventures, Zip-lining, Aerial Rope Course, India Museum, Vineyards, Candle Factory, Crossings Outlet Mall, S&S Speedway Golf-Kart track, Paint Ball, Shooting Ranges.
- Mount Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge Water Park, Camelback Beach Water Park and Kalahari Water Park are 45 minutes way.

The supermarket Super Food Town is 10-15 mins away.

SUMMER AMENITIES:
-4 full-size outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools, 9 outdoors tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, volleyball court, racquetball court, well stocked lakes ( if fishing, must have a PA license), Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle boating, a small beach that kids love, Playgrounds, walking trails, etc. There is also a nice fitness center.
If the weather is bad the outdoor pools, kayaking and boating will be close.
The restaurant on the premises, Top of the World, is open on the weekends. Good food and fair price.
In the area: Delaware river canoe trips, clear water rafting.

Is just 2hrs from NYC. Also is very easy to reach from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Newark Airport (1:40hr).
