We had a wonderful stay at this lovely river front home. The outdoor space is what we fell in love with whenwe were looking for place to host a small intimate wedding. Its was so pretty, the shaded yard was spectacular. Communication from the hoat was Tops! Definitely recommend! 10/10

Our stay in this peaceful neighborhood at this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a cozy Casita studio apartment located right on the Guadalupe River. The setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the host’s homemade cookies upon arrival were a thoughtful touch.We enjoyed some great local food, including BBQ and breakfast tacos, and spent time relaxing by the river and exploring the area.

I guess everyone has their idea of a perfect getaway house/property to stay in for a few days and I'm no different. We have stayed in dozens of places over the last 40 years and I will say this weekend was the best place we've found for the location, price, roominess, and overall experience for my wife and family. Had a wedding to attend in New Braunfels and wanted to stay someplace close but not necessarily in NB. Found this house in Seguin right on the river. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Lots of room in the house with an adjoining casita that my daughter and son-in-law stayed in featuring a king size bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Our grandson had his own room with a queen bed, and my two granddaughters had their own room with twin beds. The master bedroom was great with a king bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. Huge kitchen/dining area and the living/dining/kitchen all look out over the back yard and river. Courtney was super easy to get in touch with and respond and the fresh cut flowers and chocolate chip cookies on arrival were an extra special touch. Thanks for the great weekend accommodations and if we need to get back that way for a stay we will definitely be in touch!!

The house is fine. The management team is not. They sent multiple messages throughout every day, asking us to bring the trash cans they had left by the road up, and to shut the garage door, etc. Which is fine but made us feel uncomfortable as if they were watching us at all times.Then upon checkout, they charged us added fees for the overflowing outdoor trashcan and minimal trash left in trash cans inside the house. I have attached photos of what they sent us. They accused me of breaking the shower which was already broken when we arrived. The river is dry on the property and not swimmableThere is no water pressure in the showersBeds are semi comfortable

The layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. The amenities were superior. Fun was had by all! The host left us a welcome with cookies and a celebration banner. We could not have imagined a better setting for our granddaughter’s graduation celebration.

We came in to gifts of hospitality (eclipse glasses and magnets) and a welcome note. The property is beautiful and was great for our dog. Fenced yard, dog treats, clean up bags and towels. The Guadalupe River is serene and broad. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and bbq grills to cook anything we wanted. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. Just very big for the 4 of us. Hope to come back sometime with a few more! Great stay!

Came into town to watch my son play football at TLU. She had the house decorated in TLU colors and not knowing had my flowers out in the kitchen with fresh chocolate chip cookies. Modern and recently updated. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and open floor concept. It was nice having the primary bedroom “away” from the additional bedrooms. New beds, linens, mattresses etc. The primary bathroom shower is newly renovated- very lovely. The property is beautiful with a very stunning view! It’s a riverfront home- not a touristy party spot. We enjoyed family time at “Addy’s Place on the River”and will be back again!
