The neighborhood has a shared community pool, beach access is less than half a mile away, and Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and Papa Surf Burger are within walking distance.
The home has a private deck with seating, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven and a refrigerator with an ice maker, plus HD TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Linens are provided.
Downstairs, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main entry is the rear door on the second level.

This house was great and well equipped with everything that we needed!! Will definitely be back!! Beautiful beach, beautiful weather! House was clean and so spacious!

We love coming down to Santa Rosa Beach! We always have a great time.
Accommodations were nice and the community pool is close to the house! Short walk to the beach. And loved that the toiletries and amenities provided were full size so you don't have to pack all of yours. We had a great stay!
