Welcome to Legacy at the Summit, a fourth-floor retreat at Summit Manor in downtown Gatlinburg. Enjoy mountain scenery from two private balconies, listen to LeConte Creek, and walk to nearby shops, restaurants and attractions.

REST AND RECHARGE
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 43-inch Roku smart TV and its own balcony. The ensuite has a jetted tub, oversized walk-in shower and granite double vanity, with Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus bath salts.
The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a 43-inch Roku smart TV. A second full bathroom also includes Paul Mitchell toiletries.
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
Prepare meals in the full-size kitchen with appliances, cookware, granite countertops, and both Keurig and traditional coffee makers. Enjoy the mountain setting from either balcony, or catch your favorite show on the balcony smart TV.
A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are provided, along with starter laundry pods. The condo is on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.
WALKABLE GATLINBURG
Leave your car in the private parking lot while exploring downtown. The Ober Mountain tram station is across the street from Summit Manor, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is nearby. Ask Cathy and Glen about concierge services and local activities, including pontoon rentals on Douglas Lake.
SEASONAL POOL AND HOT TUB
Enjoy the shared heated pool and hot tub when open seasonally. Please bring your own pool towels.
IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.
We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. Over-Occupancy will get you immediately evicted with No Refund!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was an easy walk to downtown, which meant we could leave the car parked and avoid paying for parking. If you’re visiting for an event at the convention center, it’s an especially convenient location.The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which was appreciated after long days.A couple of small additions would make an already great condo even better: a few more hooks in the primary bathroom for hanging towels and a laundry basket in each closet would be helpful for longer stays.One thing future guests should know is that the hill from the condo to the main road is quite steep. On days we were hauling large dance bags to the convention center, it was definitely a workout! We discovered using the elevator located in the Quality Inn parking garage (near the pool) made getting to and from the condo much easier.The only other thing worth mentioning is for groups booking multiple condos in the building. Since visitors aren’t permitted in other units, there isn’t a common indoor gathering space outside of the pool area. We were in town with other families for a dance competition, so it would have been nice to have a shared space to visit in the evenings.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed condo within walking distance of downtown.

We had an excellent experience at the condo. This property exceeded our expectation!! The furnishing were even better in person than the photos. It was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Our Grandkids loved the pool. Very nice host to communicate with and quick responses if you have questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This property was fantastic! And VERY clean which was important to our group. It was extremely convenient being so close to the convention center. It worked perfect. We will stay here again. Thank you so very much to the owners. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.The only suggestion we would make would be in the smaller bathroom, to put a vanity on the back wall from wall to wall so that you could have countertop space while facing the mirror. And guests could use the drawers in the vanity for storage. And then maybe on the wall where the chest is currently, just add more hooks for towels and travel, hanging bags, etc.
