With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for six guests, this updated condo brings together downtown convenience and space to unwind.

• Primary bedroom: one king bed and private balcony access.
• Guest bedroom: two queen beds.
All six guests can sleep in the bedrooms, leaving the living area available for relaxing together.
MOUNTAIN VIEWS & TWO PRIVATE BALCONIES
Start your morning with coffee and views of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Gather on the living-area balcony, or enjoy a quieter moment on the primary bedroom’s private balcony.
RELAX IN COMFORT
Comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, and Smart TVs make it easy to settle in after exploring the Smokies. The open living and dining areas give families and friends space to enjoy meals and evenings together.
A KITCHEN MADE FOR YOUR STAY
The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a waterfall island, and stainless steel appliances. Prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home.
TWO BATHROOMS
The primary suite includes an en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, double vanity, and separate walk-in shower. A second bathroom adds convenience for families and friends sharing the condo.
POOL, PARKING & EVERYDAY CONVENIENCES
Enjoy the shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Free on-site parking is available; a parking permit is required. Bath towels and linens are provided, along with starter laundry supplies. Please bring your own pool towels.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent from start to finish. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The location was great, and we had a relaxing and memorable vacation. Communication was great, check-in was easy, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing condo! We were impressed with the whole thing. My youngest son loved the separate balcony off the master bedroom as he would go out there every night for some quiet. Everything was exactly as described and had everything we needed in kitchen (bags, tin foil, some coffee cups, salt, oil etc. Some of those small things are nice to see already there) My husband, 2 kids and I are still talking about how comfy those beds are even now that we are home with our own! GREAT choice on those! If we come back to the area, we are most definitely going to stay here again. Thank you for making our family trip great!

This unit is beautiful, immaculately clean, and has the most up-to-date appliances. We have stayed there for the past few years and plan to be back next year!
