Saints John 2505 is where the multi-family ski week works: three real bedrooms, three bathrooms, over 2,000 square feet on two floors, and a covered balcony big enough for the whole crowd to watch snow sift through the aspens.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

Everyone gets their corner. The main-level bedroom keeps grandparents off the stairs, the upstairs suite wakes to mountain-range views, and the third room's two queens swallow the kid contingent or a second couple. Three bathrooms - one with dual sinks and a separate water closet - mean nobody's waiting with a towel over their shoulder.
Group dinners are the nightly headline: a table for eight beside a stainless-equipped kitchen, breakfast-bar seating for the grazers, and a fireplace and TV waiting in the vaulted living room afterward. Come summer or winter, the balcony's dining table and lounge chairs may be the most-fought-over seats in the house.
Ski days run smoothly with a private locker for the gear, the free shuttle to the base, and a shared hot tub for the ride home's sore legs. Reserve Saints John 2505 and bring everyone - there's finally room.

This was a great home base for the first half of our 2020 Colorado get-a-way. It was close to activities we wanted to do but also allowed us to maintain our social distancing during the pandemic. The only thing we would recommend is a larger trash can in the kitchen area.

Great to share with our adult children. The living area was very spacious and the furniture comfortable. Large balcony and gas grill were nice to have as well. Beds could stand an upgrade but were not bad.

If you are traveling with large groups, this is a great location. Lots of space and a large open layout.
