This place was nice. The upstairs full size mattress could be changed out. The place was clean. There were tons of wine glasses but only 3 drinking glasses. It would be nice to have some communication about the bus stops as far as where they are and what bus to take. We had to walk around and ask someone where to catch the shuttle for the mountain. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The management company responded quickly when there was a small issue.

We were disappointed with our stay due to safety concerns, lack of responsiveness from management, and overall comfort issues. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable — very hard and badly sunken in the middle, causing you to roll toward the center. I eventually slept on the sectional couch, which was also difficult because the pieces constantly slid apart on the hard floors anytime I moved.It was obvious the property is still in the middle of remodeling. Several flooring transitions were unfinished and created major tripping hazards, especially entering the kitchen where the floors were not even remotely flush. We had four adults ages 23–76 staying here, and every one of us tripped multiple times.I contacted management asking for a rug or temporary fix before someone got injured. I was told to search the closets myself, but found nothing. Management said they would try to bring something the next day, but we never heard back and no solution was provided.We also had issues with the loft ceiling fan initially not working, one stove burner was unusable, ice maker didn’t work,and the closets were so cluttered I wasn’t comfortable putting our belongings in there. The bathroom lighting is horrible. The property is convenient to the conference center. However, the coffee shop in the conference center was closed all three weekend days we were there.The property may have potential once renovations are complete, but in its current condition it did not feel ready to rent.
