The house was amazing. We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip and it was perfect for our large group. Lots of stairs but the elevator was a massive help for luggage and groceries. Bedding was so comfortable 10/10. There is a very loud alarm system for the pool which is a wonderful safety feature for kids but as an all adult group I wish there was a way to disarm it because if you forget to press the button (that literally has to be pressed every time to open the door going inside or outside) it’s a sound so high pitched it hurts. However, after teaching 27 adults not to forget the button we got the hang of it lol. The only frustration and the reason I took off a star- was the communication (or lack of) about early check-in. We asked a week in advance and we were told it shouldn’t be a problem because no one else is there but they continued to say “we will let you know as soon as we can!” and then told us an hour and a half before check in?! We were driving 7 hours so it just felt reasonable to want a for sure answer at minimum the night before. We hired 30A oysters and his set up was perfect outside with the pool table/game room off the garage! Beach access was so close and easy with the golf cart and bikes. As well as 3 coffee shops, restaurants and more nearby. The house is kind of tucked back so you aren’t directly on the road which I appreciated! All of that being said- We had an absolute blast and would still definitely go back!

This house seemed as if it was built for my family. Everything was perfect! The property alone had amenities that accommodated all age groups within our family. We are a cooking family, so the large kitchen and outside grill area were perfect. We did have a leak but it was fixed within a couple of hours and did not disturb us. The elevated was a plus! The bicycles and golf cart lessened our commute of just a 5 minute walk to the beach. I am not sure if helmets were in the actual listing but they were provided and are located in the large laundry room. The appliances were too of the line and both inside ovens are also air fryers. We definitely will be back!!! Love love love this place!!!!

The house was laid out perfectly. It has an elevator to assist with going from the ground floor to all the floors (4 floors in total). Kitchen is spacious. Bedrooms were well thought out as well. We will be back.

The vacation home was very beautiful. It looked just like the picture. It was in a busy location close by shops and the beach. The beach was maybe about a 2 minute drive on a golf cart. We had a family of about 16, there was plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart was a plus however, because of the size of the property, having 2 carts would have been great.The bikes were also a plus. The kids enjoyed the Pool and the Pool table. As far as cleanliness, One of the rooms had mildew the sheets. The washers and dryers was great to have. We had problems with the elevator upon arrival and again during our stay. The techs came iut promptly and fixed it. They were very nice. Overall, it was a great property. We didnt want to leave. Will stay again.
