This spacious retreat consists of two separate structures—the main house with four bedrooms and a private back house with one bedroom—providing exclusive access to the entire property for your group. With a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, this retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
The main house features an open-concept chef’s kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and everything you need for cooking, baking, and cocktail-making. The living area boasts a fireplace, Smart TV, and seating for 7, seamlessly flowing into a dining nook for 6 guests and an outdoor dining space for 8.
Each of the four bedrooms in the main house includes a California King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and spacious closet, with three featuring ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.

Would never know this house was 'pet friendly'. It was roomy and accommodated all our guests comfortably. We had difficulty with the showers: could not figure out how to use the shower faucets and couldn't get consistent water temperature, but overall we loved it !

We highly recommend this place. It’s unusual to find a five bedroom five bath house in the Hill country. This house has been beautifully renovated, has wonderful seating inside and out, and has every amenity that you would need to stay comfortably. We have a group of five couples that travel together and this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Great house for a mixed group of single and married couples. :) Clean, comfortable, and kitchen had all the essentials. We would definitely book this place again!
