The room was nice and clean. Great location with a beautiful rooftop view to the city! The communication with the host was slow but I think this is, in part, the Panama way. Check in was confusing. We were sent information on how to check in shortly after check in time despite the host indicating we could drop off our bags before check in. It resulted in a confusing conversation with the doorman with a major language barrier between the two of us. We figured it out and the rest of the stay was smooth.

The place is Beautiful nicely remodeled. The location can not be beat. So very convenient. I did have issues with the water. First night no hot water. Next morning was great water pressure and hot water. The next 2 days no water. I did not have any on the 3rd floor but the second floor was taking showers the 2nd day that i did not have any. The third day I was there no hot water. And the fourth day no hot water. So 1 out if 4 days i had hot water. The property manager did tell me to go down the street to another property with communal showers. That was ok.. but no offer to refund any portion of the cost which i thought was the least they could do.. Overall the people were great seevice was great and i would stay again given the water issues get fixed.

The apartment was very clean and nice however the pool was empty we chose this property because of the roof top pool. They should have alerted us to the fact that the pool was not open.
