Exterior laundry room located at the back of the building. Washer is $1.25 per use Dryer is $1 per use
Ample parking. You will have 1 car spot per unit, and it's labeled to the apartment you are staying at.

The host was very responsive. The check in and check out process was very easy. The unit was clean and well equip. Great location. Loved it!

We rented for two weeks in March 2025 and found the condo so clean and nice and the location was so great. The beach was in walking distance and a free trolley to take you to St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota. Jarrod the host was the best. He was right there for anything you needed. I would definitely rent there again.
