Two Blocks to Ritz Carlton Beach House, one block to Lido beach & pool, short walk to bay and kayaking, St. Armands Circle, shops, restaurants. Ringling Brothers museum, downtown Sarasota minutes away. Relax, kick back and bring your cloths and flip flops. Just about everything else included. This is a great place to enjoy the sun, nature, shopping, golf, great restaurants, nightlife and just plain fun.

Took a short trip to Florida for business/family vacation. Amazing rental with a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. The home had everything we were looking for and had the extras we needed or forgot about. Immaculate home in a great area. Able to walk to local shopping and easy getting around Sarasota. If we come back we'll definitely stay at this rental again!

This home is updated, filled with everything you need to make simple meals, and owner provides beach equipment. I could walk to my conference at a local resort (Ledo Beach Resort) in less than 5 minutes. The master bed was very comfortable and the AC kept up cool!

This is a great little place for a getaway to the beach. Right within walking distance to both the beach and Armaund Circle. We had a blast. 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Went kayaking at Coastal Kayak Adventures that is also within walking distance. enjoyed the sunsets! We'll be back.
