One of the best equipped apartments in the entire complex, that what our guest said. We want for our guest to feel in a exciting, modern Mexican, relaxing. Absolutely beach frontview, beach walking distance from the condo inside the building. Enjoy a calm beach, relaxing town, walking distance to the artisan market, local shops, local silver shops.
One of the best restaurants in the town is inside the complex, its name EL TIBURON DE LA COSTA. Places for visiting are various Marina Ixtapa at night, Las Gatas Beach, La Ropa Beach, Ixtapa Island, go out for exercise and walk or bike, from the Hotel Zone 1 to Hotel Zone 2, go through parts of jungle, sights of birds and crocodiles, lagoon, with high sea views, breathing the jungle.
The building has very nice amenities such as tenis court, gym, world class spa, shower, hot jacuzzi, massages, pool table, library with all kinds of books donated by the guest form the entire building, tv room and kitchen salon for inviting friends.
Ixtapa is a so relaxing city, the main activity is enjoy the beach and small waves. The night life is calm. The recipies of the city are ancestral and delicious. You will have a last forever gastronomic experience. There is a walking and biking road, that goes all over the city, crossing jungle parts, mangrove looks, birds, crocodiles. All the way breathing fresh air, with a delicious warm climate that just ixtapa can offer.

"Nice place but bring your own TP and wash cloths. We had to pay extra money for power and we only used one of the A/C units. We would go back to the location but not stay in this unit. "
