The condo is part of a beautiful residence on Paseo Golondrinas, five minutes walking distance to the Blue Flag Certified Palma Real Beach and overlooking the 18-hole professional golf course. It was built and designed by one of Zihuatanejo's most renowned architects. All materials, finishings and accessories are luxurious and perfectly maintained by the german owner.
Located on the upper floor of the house, with a private street access, the condo has about 450 ft living space and is composed of one bedroom, one full bath, big closet, a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and sink, as well as a kitchen/dining counter with 2 high seats and a dining table for 2 persons. The adjacent living area has a very comfortable (sleeping) couch and individual chairs, as well as a big tv screen. WiFi throughout the condo, modern remote controlled air condition units, as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and living/dining area. Parking space is available without cost. The use of the garden & pool facilities is not included in the rate, but may be made available for a surcharge. Daily breakfast on the garden/pool terrace may be arranged for a surcharge.
