All other bedrooms located on 2nd floor:
Bedroom 2: King Bed overlooking backyard and ocean
Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds
Bedroom 4: King Bed
Bedroom 5: King Bed + Twin Bed
The home offers two cozy living rooms with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Whether you're curled up by the outdoor firepit or enjoying a family meal, the stunning views are always within sight.
Entertainment options abound with a billiard room, an arcade game area, and an outdoor fire pit—perfect for making memories with your loved ones. For those who need to stay connected, the house is equipped with fast WiFi, making it easy to share your experiences or catch up on work.
The large kitchen and dining areas are perfect for family meals, and with over 2 acres of property to explore, there's plenty of room for outdoor fun. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the calming sound of the waves as you take in the natural beauty surrounding you.

No smoking / vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to the steep bluffs must watch children carefully.
Going beyond the fence is absolutely prohibited.
Please make sure you list the correct number of guest(s) in the guest section.
We allow pets but please make sure to include them in the guest section under pets if applicable.
We have outdoor security cameras on the exterior of the property that are capable of video & audio recordings. These devices are for guest and home security. There are no recording devices on the interior of the home.
*Host is not responsible for providing propane or firewood for the grill, heaters and firepit. We are happy to provide a contact that can provide and deliver them for an additional cost to be paid to the contact directly. Or guest can purchase propane and firewood from any local vendor nearby.

Absolutely amazing stay! The home is spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for groups, with stunning ocean views that you can enjoy from multiple areas. We loved all the amenities, especially the game room and fire pit for sunset evenings. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The location is ideal, close to town yet peaceful and scenic. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

The views were amazing and the property offered many features to keep guests entertained (pool table, arcade style games, several large screen TV's). We used the cliff side fire pit every night to watch the sun set over the ocean. Don't miss those opportunities!

Amy,The Webster family has enjoyed our stay here. The house, weather, views, amenities, numerous entertainment options have kept all of us entertained nicely. The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. Dinning room chairs exceptedThings that need attention: no instructions on where to put garbage (found the area under the stairs)—some garbage was carried out to the road where the big trash containers resided during our stay. Door hinges and locks on under-stairwell garbage area need fixing. No bathmat in upstairs shower, clothes washer excellent—aged clothes dryer worked as expected but lint screen does not seat well due to poor design and age. Some blinds in bedroom need to be replaced. Space heaters in the bedroom worked well--- after we found them in the closet. Lights in the stairwell worked after Amy gave me instructions and some fiddle-diddle-ing. On the lawn a wicker loveseat with iron legs that rusted out years ago and looks trashy—need to be carted off and disposed of. The 10 chairs (cushions) in the dining room need steam cleaning. MOST IMPORTANT: Two locks on the pool table room door that leads outside to the balconey lounge area are dangerous because of the combination: deadboltgood doorknob lock should not have any lock on it. The deadbolt is open to go outside but the second lock on the door handle can be locked from the inside without people on the balconey realizing that they are locked out. Solution… replace locking door nob with on
