Unit was nice and clean. Air conditioning was nice as well as a fan to help direct air. In unit laundry would have been nice but was not a big deal. Very quiet corner unit was awesome with a nice comfortable king bed. Nice balcony. We didn't really use kitchen but it was fully equipped. The cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a definite plus. Easy short walk to Poipu and Brennecke Beach. Close to a variety of restaurants and shops in Koala.

We had such a lovely stay! Unit is as pictured and very clean! Exceeded our expectations. Convenient location in Kōloa, within walking distance to Poipu Beach, where we saw sea turtles everyday. Highly recommend and we would stay again. Special thanks to Ashley and the Coldwell Banker team for outstanding service and communication throughout the booking process and throughout our stay.
