CH Enora Garden Doña Pepa is located in the impressive “Residencial Ateka 2” complex, just a few minutes’ walk from local amenities and less than a 10-minute walk from the main street of Ciudad Quesada. The complex is a gated community with a beautiful communal pool.
The apartment itself is situated on the first floor and is laid out over two levels. On the main level, the apartment features two large bedrooms with built-in closets, two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), a spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen, and a conveniently located balcony overlooking the grounds and the communal pool. All areas feature central air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
On the second level of the apartment, you’ll find a rooftop solarium—the perfect place to soak up the sun!
The property will be supplied with bed linens for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Communication was excellent from the initial time of booking through to check out. Apartment was very clean, modern and located 5 mins from town, shopping, food and bars. We hired a car and had no issues parking. Pool was fabulous! Only downside was a shortage of brollies by the pool and lots of wasps (I got stung) We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment/ pool and the beautifully managed gardens. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for the courteous customer service!! We’re home now and already wishing we were back.
