Casa La Pajarera is an authentic Spanish bungalow located in a charming and well-maintained residential community in Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada.

It is within walking distance of the town center and main street, and just a 2-minute walk from bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away. There are 4 prestigious golf courses in the immediate vicinity. ​

This casa features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a tropical garden with a covered terrace, a separate BBQ terrace, and a fantastic rooftop terrace. There is a large communal pool right outside, consisting of 3 pools of varying depths.​ Casa La Pajarera has recently been modernized and equipped with all the amenities to make your vacation unforgettable.

The decor has been carefully selected, combining modern, natural, and tropical elements. Due to the recurring theme of birds in the decor, this bungalow was named La Pajarera, which means “birdhouse.”

This property did not disappoint, extremely clean and exactly as described on the listing. Plenty of space for 4 of us and very well equipped. The location is perfect with bars, restaurants & shops nearby. The pools were clean and provided many hours of entertainment for our teenagers. The communication from the property managers was exceptional, making the whole process very easy. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again.
