Brand new apartment located in the Jardines de El Valle, gardens located in the historic center next to the Arab walls. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room. Capacity for five people. It has a nice jacuzzi on the roof that can be enjoyed without limitations and helps to enjoy some moments during your trip in a different way.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and sheets, blankets and duvets. Furnished with care and functionality, it has a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection and powerful hot-cold air conditioning.

Very nice place to stay in Seville. The apartment was clean, well equipped and as described. Very convenient for bus routes into the city and close to the train station. There's a Lidl supermarket just across the road, a bar/restaurant just next door with friendly serving staff and good food, and many other eating places within 10 or 15 mins walk. Good communication from the owner. No complaints at all.

The apartment was very nice and very comfortable for my husband, adult son, and myself.
The listing said there was a washer AND dryer, however there was no dryer, only a washer, in case that's important. But they had a drying rack that we were able to use.
Another thing we encountered was that there wasn't a hair dryer or ironing board when we arrived which we let them know about. They did respond right away but unfortunately they weren't able to bring those items that day so we ended up going across the street to the grocery store and bought a hair dryer which we needed to use the next morning as we had to leave early for a scheduled tour.
They did bring those items the next day while we were on our tour.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our time in Seville.
