The flat is very easily accessible and you have everything you might need in walking distance i.e, bakery, supermarket, grocery shop, pharmacy, bars and cafes, restaurants etc. Syntagma square and Kolonaki area are in a walking distance. Euaggelismos tube station is 5' walk. Moreover, many galleries and museums are near the apparent i.e the National Gallery, military museum, Mouseio Benaki etc

Very cute apartment in Athens, easy to get to public transportation, beautiful balcony to sit out on and all the amenities you may need. Very good bakery across the street!

Contacted property manager several times, via email, well before the trip to verify that we would be on the ground floor. He said that there were a few steps but we would have no problem. When we arrived we found that there were 19 additional steps to our apartment where we had to carry our numerous suitcases. I am 77 years old and have difficulty walking making this quite an ordeal. Additionally, a washer and dryer were listed on VRBO, but there was only a washing machine. The property manager said that the dryer listed was, in fact, a drying rack that you hang your clothes on to dry. That is not what was represented in the listing.
