Upscale Luxury Athens Renovated Dream Home in One of the most Favorable Locations by National Gardens, Zoo & Hellenic Parliament in Syntagma and Stylish Exquisite Kolonaki neighborhood

The location is excellent — very close to the city center.

The 5 of us had a wonderful experience staying at your beautiful apartment on Antinoros 10, Kolonaki, Athens from May 19 to May 26. The apt location was in central Athens close to all tourist attractions and in a quiet neighborhood for getting some good sleep after long days walking around Athens.

The 5 of us had a wonderful experience staying at your beautiful apartment at Antinoros 10, Kolonaki, Athens. We suggest a few items that you may want to consider for improvement and benefit to you and future renters of the apt. 1) The automated Booking.com process was generally smooth and user friendly for reservation & payment of the apt and mini-van. The driver Tasos was pleasant and on time. 2) Unacceptable behavior by Ifigenia the local Booking.com Coordinator in Athens for this apt. During May 19-25, Ifigenia did NOT offer reliable service or good quality follow-up. She almost never answered her Booking.com phone +30-693-966-7155. She ignored many phone calls & voicemails. She delayed for 3 days to give us a 2nd key to your apt, which we asked for several times in May 19-21. We told her we needed the extra key because of 5 adults going in/out of the apt at different times. Ifigenia finally on May 21 sent a delivery boy with the extra key to a neighbor called Mrs. Katerina, who lives on the ground floor apt of your building. She is a pleasant and thoughtful lady who helped much more than Ifigenia. 3) In the kitchen we exterminated many ants daily on the tabletop and the floor in front of the oven and microwave. 4) On the main building entrance, the bell rings in your apt, the buzzer works, but NOT the Speaker Phone. Unknown people get buzzed-in to enter the building, which is a Security risk. 5) Most rooms have only 1 electrical outlet and need Power Strips with 3 or 4 outlets to plug in various devices simultaneously. One bedroom had only 1 outlet and NO Power Strip. 6) Plastic toilet seats are loose in Master and other bathroom. Need stronger seats installed firmly. 7) Door on the balcony comes off its frame when opened. 8) Kitchen & Toilet Supplies must be replenished for every new renter.

Wielkość apartamentu, lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji metra. Wyśmienite połączenie z lotniskiem. W okolicy sklep spożywczy oraz restauracje. Spokojna okolica z ograniczonym hałasem z ulicy. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielką apartamentu. Uzyskaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne informacja i wyjaśnienia jakich potrzebowaliśmy. Apartament czysty z wszystkimi udogodnieniami potrzebnymi do komfortowego odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania Aten. Bardzo miłym akcentem były powitalne napoje w lodówce :)

Dla naszej grupy nie był to problem ale jest mała nieścisłość w opisie. W apartamencie są dwie łazienki z kabinami prysznicowymi i oddzielna toaleta a nie trzy łazienki.

Posizione centrale, con le maggiori attrattive facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi, camminando un pò. Servizi pubblici comunque nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è al IV piano di un fabbricato ben tenuto, comodo, luminoso e accogliente; le camere e i bagni sono come descritti, l'ambiente è ben arredato e completo di tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno gradevole. Letti comodi. Estremamente pulito. Con famiglia di 4 persone siamo stati davvero molto bene. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Esperienza da ripetere volentieri.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema iniziale sulla consegna delle chiavi. Per il resto tutto benissimo.
