Marguerite House is built at the rear of the Historic Free Trade Co, established in 1858 in the absolute heart of Braidwood. This comfortable, fresh, country home is perfect for family holidays and weekends away with friends. Marguerite accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. Please note 1 bathroom and1 toilet. Open plan living and dining with a large balcony to spread out and relax all facing north accessing beautiful sunlight all day. A huge favourite amongst Wedding guests at Mona Farm, family groups and great for book club retreats, cafe at your door!

We thoroughly enjoyed a stay at Marguerite House. The location was perfect for wandering around Braidwood, and the home itself was perfect for our family of five. There was a brown out on our first night there, and Jacqui was amazing at keeping us up to date with the situation, which was fixed by the local power provider quickly. All in all, it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

We were in Braidwood for a family wedding and the location was perfect - between the church and the reception, close to cafes and shops. The house itself was clean and spacious and well equipped. We would definitely recommend and were only sorry we didn’t stay longer.

We came for a family wedding and although a wonderful it rained heavily for most of our stay. The house wa fabulous and allowed us to enjoy ourselves staying at home while avoiding the rain while in between wedding functions.
