Welcome to this charming 4-bedroom home in the heart of Mount Colah, NSW, perfectly designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. Set on a sunny, north-facing block in a peaceful street, this home is ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway with modern amenities and excellent convenience.

• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
