The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Easy access to and from the complex, the unit was very clean and the pool was great. The only cons were there was dishwasher soap powder for a dishwasher that didn’t exist. We purchased liquid dishwasher soap but had to use washcloths in lieu of dishwasher rags because they also did bit exist. The unit also had only 1-1/2 baths and not 2 as advertised, and there was no tv in the bedroom.

The unit was brand new and very clean. We were disappointed that there was no hair dryer, or pool towels, or outdoor chairs or bicycles. Other units at this location had all of these features.
