About this house rental
A brand new luxury large home in Point Lonsdale, Pipi's is steps away from waterways, bike trails, local cafe and parks.
Pipi's has an abundance of space, including 4 bedrooms with a large master bedroom which is complemented with an en-suite bathroom including a large bath, walk in rain shower and walk in robe. We have three other bedrooms along with a central bathroom and separate powder room. In one of the bedrooms you will also find a workstation with two monitors and a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard. We have Wifi.
There are two spacious living areas, each with a large 75 inch Sony TV. The main living area includes an elegant kitchen with an oversized island bench, double sink, generous cupboard space and supplies. The electric recliner couches in the main living area are adjacent to large sliding doors which open up to a relaxing alfresco area. The alfresco area has an 8 seat concrete table and outside kitchen/Weber, which is perfect for outside dining.
You are steps away from the waterways at the Point and a street away from a hot coffee and delicious breakfast at Cafe 3225. A short drive and you will be at the beach, wineries, golf course or other Bellarine attractions. This house caters for all generations, with many additional extras such as kids books/toys, board games, lego, boogie boards, highchair, portacot, work from home set-up and a few bikes. You will certainly enjoy the serenity of Pipi's during your coastal getaway.
WHAT LINEN TO BRING: Please bring your own towels, sheets and pillow cases for the beds. We supply quilts, their covers, pillows, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. We can offer linen which you need to bring at an extra cost of $30 per bed.

Wonderful stay at Point Lonsdale. The house was spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. Everything we needed (and more) was provided by the host. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen was a dream. High quality products were supplied. We were all sad to leave.

This is a wonderful location for a family holiday. Not within walking distance of anything other than a park/playground and cafe. But only minutes' drive from the village, beach, and golf club and slightly further afield to historic Queenscliff, vineyards, museums, supermarkets and restaurants. The house was spotless and beautifully equipped. It comfortably sleeps 8. All modern conveniences are supplied and of good quality. These even extend to bikes and boogie boards. The online description was accurate, and all our expectations were met. We could recommend this home to any discerning holidaymaker.

We haven't stayed in such a beautiful house before. It was absolutely spotless and exactly the same as the photos presented. The kitchen was generously stocked with plates and utensils galore.The beds were really comfortable. Our host was easy to contact and answered our queries promptly. 6 different family members stayed and were so, so impressed.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay in this charming town.Liz

Absolutely ideal for a family holiday. Immaculately maintained and very well appointed to host any occasion. Beautifully appointed and a home away from home. State of the art appliances, beautiful linen and furniture.
