This delightful holiday home in the heart of Point Lonsdale on a quiet leafy street is just a short stroll to local attractions - beaches, lighthouse, cafes, tennis courts, parks/playground, Surf Life Saving Club and Championship Lonsdale Links Golf Club. This sun filled house is perfect for families, couples, and those interested in just relaxing or exploring all that the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer....
The space
The air conditioned open plan kitchen, dining and lounge adjoins a second lounge room. Both lounges have northern aspect, garden views and one has an open fire place for the chilly winter months. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (plumbed with filtered water) and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table extends to seat 8 people.

Bedroom 1 - Queen (with ensuite)
Bedroom 2 - Trio Bunk (1 Double & 1 Single)
Bedroom 3 - Trio Bunk (1 Double & 1 Single) and 1 Single trundle
Additional sleeping
Lounge Room - King Furniture Delta Double Sofa Bed
Please note: You will be required to bring your own linen eg. Quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
Quilts and pillows are provided.
Linen rental is available on request however we need a fews day notice prior to your arrival to make the arrangements. Please message Bronwyn to request a linen hire quote.
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The main bathroom has a shower over bath.
There's also a separate toilet.
Hot outdoor shower to freshen up after a fun sandy salty day at the beach.

Classic old school holiday house in classic tea tree lined street location . Host was helpful, house was as described. Some ‘quirky’ aspects ( eg garage door prop) were explained after booking had been made.
