Luxurious Tuscan house located on the green hills of Montecatini Terme for up to 10 people. This old Tuscan house from the 1800s, completely renovated, has been tastefully redecorated. Air conditioning, Internet Wifi, you will find all the necessary comfort to spend a marvelous stay in Italy: with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a billiards and a playroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden of olive and cypress trees.
You will spend an unforgettable stay relaxing in the comfort and calm of an old Tuscan farmhouse. Sunny and quiet, in the middle of the park, you can admire the magnificent view of the landscapes of Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. The house has been fully decorated in a chic and luxurious Italian style. A large living room with a sofa bed, a beautiful fireplace, cable TV and billiards. The 4 bedrooms each have a large comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Fully air-conditioned, everything has been designed to make your stay in Montecatini as perfect as possible.
Everything is available at the villa : Internet Wifi, Air conditioning, Cable TV, heating, kitchen, garden, billiards, bath towels, bed linens and sheets, washing machine, bbq. You will be welcomed by our property manager at the villa and we remain at your disposal throughout your stay if you need.
Montecatini is certainly one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. The other big cities Pisa or Florence are easily and quickly accessible by road. The beaches of Viareggio or the ski resort of Abetone are a few tens of kilometers away. Next to the villa you will find supermarkets, elegant shops, typical restaurants and large wine cellars. And many sports activities are possible just minutes from the villa: swimming pools, spa, golf courses, tennis courts, stables, lakes for sport fishing, jogging cycle paths and trekking. Very easy to reach from the airports of Pisa or Florence.
