We really enjoyed our stay. 1.3 miles from the convention center or 5 minutes for our conference. It was close to UAB. It was easy to get to restaurants and shops. .It was right off the interstate. Easy to get on and head home.

Although the apartment wasn’t the one in the pictures, it was perfect. A lot of security to check in and go in and out of the building. Pool was clean, two BBQ stations, gym, and lounge. Walking distance to Starbucks, Publix and other restaurants. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, saving us instead of dining out. Host is quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely book here again!

The apartment was clean and the building had great amenities. The problem was that the information sent when I checked in was for a totally different building down the street. After trying to access the building I contacted the owner who then told me the information was not updated and we were sent to the correct address.
Air conditioner was not working and maintenance man could not fix it. We slept with a fan that was provided. The owner was easy to contact and seemed really nice and helpful but it was a really hot and uncomfortable stay after the frustration of the check-in mix up so we won’t be back. Still waiting on a discount.
