Luxury 2BR Steps from Railroad Park

The Palmer is a beautiful modern and spacious property. The amenities are endless with a rooftop pool, numerous outdoor settings and quiet spaces, a modern fitness center and elevator. Beds were quite comfortable. The deep soaking tubs are a wonderful treat. The property is located in the heart of the city close to UAB and intersection of a ball field … so easy to get anywhere within a few minutes. Be prepared for high traffic and game night noise. You’ll appreciate the convenience of in unit washer and dryer. Highly recommend and would certainly book again.

The host has done a great deal of work to modernize the access process which would make picking up keys and parking convenient. Unfortunately the keyless entry code didn’t work so after a bit of communication I was able to get access with a physical key. The overall communication with host and instruction links was great. The property would benefit from a carpet cleaning.

Great chic apartment, everything was just as in the pictures and website descriptions, in a safe neighborhood with all the needed kitchen and bath amenities, nice pool, clubroom, sky deck etc. at a great price! We were here as a family for a 3 night getaway and nearby Railroad park was a pleasant and refreshing place to relax and recharge along with central location to downtown. Communication with staff was over the phone, email, text and they were quick to respond. Altogether it's a great place. Would love to come back! Thanks!

Sounds from early morning trash and emergency vehicles may wake you up if you are a light sleeper

Close to the UAB hospitals and secured parking garage with your own spot.

Everything was good but some toiletries were missing. Also, bath towels and bed linens could use an upgrade. The walls are thin so everything the neighbors do we could hear but that is out of the properties control.
