Room was spacious & clean. Has small kitchen area & large bathroom. Room overlooks pool & a picture perfect view of the ocean/beach. Location was perfect to restaurants, marinas, stores & beach. Hotel was great & everyone was very friendly & hospitable. Restaurant/ Bar in hotel was good too! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your space with me as I had a relaxing & enjoyable week!

As noted in title, the room and building are dated. The hallway constantly smelled of mildew and stale scent as did the room when we walked in. The property is not well maintained at all. The resort fee entitles you to wait until well after 9 am for a towel/chair at the beach while all other resorts next door are readily available well before that. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 adults and 1 child for 6 days was quite absurd given how much we paid for the room, all the extra fees, taxes, etc. The one hidden fee that should have been disclosed or at the very least absorbed by the host is the “registration” fee. That was not disclosed and yet we were forced to pay this registration fee upon checkout. Additionally, the service by the pool for food/drinks was subpar yet a forced 18% tip is added onto every purchase. Personally, I always tip 20% for good service and I don’t appreciate being forced to pay an 18% tip for poor service. Lastly, I asked a simple question about the check in process if I were to receive a code to access the room and the host was extremely condescending as it wasn’t clear that we had to check into to the hotel front seat as opposed to going to the room directly.
