Unit#225 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twin sized beds in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
The Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room can sleep 2 little ones or 1 larger person!

This is a beautiful property has great views of the lower units and you can see the ocean. The lanai was huge and we enjoyed sitting outdoors listening to the ocean or the birds. We didn’t have any noise from other units close to ours. Because we had our windows open when we were there we could hear some traffic but nothing to disturb our quiet. The unit itself was furnished nicely and we enjoyed the spacious rooms and space itself! It’s so very nice to have access to the washer and dryer in the unit and drying racks outside on the lanai for hanging laundry or beach towels! People were friendly and the grounds were immaculate. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here - plus there is once covered parking space for you. The only drawback is that the unit is 37 steps each way -up and down. There is an elevator in the middle of the building but you would still have steps. We grew to be able to go up and down without being out of breath midway! Something that is helpful if that could be an issue for you. So please don’t hesitate and say yes to the condo today!! You will be glad you did.

The VRBO was exactly as described. Great location near magic sands beach and great restaurants nearby. The place was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, fans, beach accessories and anything else you would need. Beds were comfortable and clean. The building management company was quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Would stay again.

Quiet, safe place. The area outside the condo grounds didn’t have street lights and didn’t feel safe.
We didn’t find the pool key first day; a note about that would have been helpful
