Rhododendron is waiting for you at this cozy 3-bedroom house. This newly renovated home is located in a quiet Rhododendron neighborhood just 20 minutes from all Mt. Hood has to offer. Hear the rushing river from the front porch while you drink your freshly ground Portland Coffee Roasters coffee and take in the surrounding beauty of old growth trees, enjoy a nightly soak in your own private NEW hot tub under the stars, and cozy up to a roaring fire after a long day in nature.
The home features a spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling and a stone floor-to-ceiling wood burning fireplace. Settle in for games, puzzles, or a movie night with the provided entertainment DVD’s and Wifi for guests to log into their own streaming services.
Each bedroom can control their desired temperature. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a comfortable, dedicated workstation, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower.
One guest room offers a queen bed, while the other guest room offers a bunk bed that features a queen, twin XL, and a twin trundle bed, allowing the home to sleep 8 guests. A pack-n-play is on site for the youngest of travelers as well.
The second bath located off the living room includes a tub. Organic Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in both bathrooms.
The kitchen contains all of your cooking needs from quality cookware and cooking utensils to additional appliances like a toaster, blender, waffle maker, and crock pot. The coffee maker includes a grind and brew option and we will always provide coffee beans, tea, and hot cocoa for guests! The live edge dining table can comfortably seat all 8 guests and the two barstools allow for an additional seating area to spread out. Kid-friendly flatware and utensils for young ones, as well as a high chair, are available on site for the youngest of the crew.
The garage can house all of your adventure gear on the provided ski/snowboard racks and bike parking station. Guests can warm up their wet hiking shoes and cold boots on the convenient boot dryer!
Guests can enjoy a backyard patio dining area, as well as the front porch which features a brand NEW private hot tub with built in core water purification technology.
The community pool across the street is open June through Labor Day. Pool hours and days are dependent on weather and the community volunteer schedule. Pool and hot tub towels are provided on site.

I stayed with 6 of my extended family. The house was beautiful and had some nice amenities to it. The neighborhood was quiet, the hot tub was a huge plus. The house was well equipped with what we needed, and our hosts were very responsive whenever I had questions. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will absolutely be looking here

Though the property wasn't as private as we were hoping for (in a neighborhood), it was very nice to have the river right across the road, and multiple trails to get down to a private space. The home itself was perfect for our group. Very clean, with all the things we needed for the weekend. Communication with the renters was easy and fast, and they were helpful with accommodating questions and needs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The owners were very informative with the check in process and had good instructions in the home. The home was nice overall. It’s in a great neighborhood right by the community pool. During our stay we had an issue with small ants throughout the house. The owners were very responsive to the concern and brought ant traps the same day. The floors were not fully clean so we vacuumed, swept and mopped to see if that would help with the ant issue which it did. The kitchen wasn’t as clean as you would expect it be either so we couldn’t keep food on counters due to the ants. Other reviews raved about the cleanliness which is one of the reasons we chose this place.
