In a private space that combines breathtaking view on the Aegean along a small beach is where Villa Thalasses is located. The Villas is placed only 1.7 kilometers from the picturesque town of Skiathos and 1.2 kilometers from the airport.
Anyone can choose one from the Three minimal Villas according to their needs.
Villa Meliti (4 people):
This minimalist elegant Villa is capable of accommodating up to 4 people. Enjoy the lifestyle exclusivity that this Villa is providing both in the area of the house and also to the small beach that is offered to the complex guests (3 Villas Sharing the beach). Relax at the sculptured outdoor sofas or at the infinity pool that provide a view in which the water of the pool looks as the extension of the sea. Enjoy the magnificent view throughout the day from dawn to sunset or even under the moonlight, while having the small island of “Arktos” in the picture, as well as the fabulous Skopelos across.
In this caved stylish open house the white simplicity of the interior unifies with the outdoor areas. This Villa is providing also the possibility to enjoy the Aegean from the king sized beds located in the bedrooms as well as from the living room or the kitchen.
Put your cooking in challenge in the fully-equipped kitchen or at the outdoor BBQ facility or relax with a drink under the moonlight.

It’s hard to put into words how much care and thought has been put into the design of this property. The home had everything we needed in addition to one of the best views I’ve ever experienced Our host and his mom made us feel comfortable with welcome cookies and pies, etc. Small touches made the difference. As a host myself, I will be spending the next year, trying to come up to their level of hosting. Truly a remarkable day. Looking forward.to next year!

Fabulous place. This may well be the best villa we've ever rented. Stayed a week in Villa Meliti. Two of us. Super modern. 5*. Villa itself is quite small however wonderfully open plan layout lends itself to feeling much bigger. Enormous patio. Outstanding 180 degree vast view. Wonderful private pool large enough to actually swim in. Bed in main bedroom, very comfortable. (We didn't try the other bed above the living room). Luxury linens and towels always provided fresh. Even the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided were top notch. Outdoor dining was spacious and a pleasure bar a few wasps. Kitchen fairly well equipped for cooking and we liked the BBQ outside which we used once. Very quiet area and we hope it keeps that way since we are returning for a second stay. Only 5-6 minute drive down to town for restaurants.
The staff do an incredible job cleaning the villa every day which was like being in 5* hotel. Very discreet and quiet. They do a great job. Owner and his family are always available and are lovely people. They provided a very generous welcome package of wine, water and food which was so nice.
We took a daily steep walk down to charming pebbly small private beach shared with the other two villas (they are building three more in off season). I loved swimming there. No one around. There is also Nino's beach a 10 minute walk away where we rarely saw more than 6 people on, also very nice. To stay at this villa, you must have a car that can handle a hill.

The Villa was fantastic, the location was great and the views were amazing. Nikolas the property owner could not have been more helpful or friendly. The Villa had everything you could need and I would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

The Villa Melita is beautiful..extremely well kept .Situated near enough to the town to walk ..but watch out ..the hill is steep!
A lovely welcome pack greets you !which we much appreciated..and got straight into holiday mode with a glass of fizz in the warm sun..and swim in the gorgeous pool
Beds are really comfortable and so are the pillows!! ..and there’s plenty of coathangers
Housekeeping is daily and thorough!!
All in all ..a top notch place to stay!
