Nestled in rolling hills & farm land near Elkton TN, Newly Renovated- this farmhouse offers a true rural escape. Whether chillin' around the fire ring with the wind moving through seasonal corn or cotton, or watching goats at play year around, this is a getaway to cherish. With 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and relaxing bathtub, and the other with a twin day-bed + trundle, plus an open living room with Futon+ fully equipped kitchen, this cottage feel yet with modern connectivity/amenities is perfect for your getaway. Very convenient to I-65 for a quick rest for the night, or secluded enough for a weekend or longer stay experience.

We loved our stay at the Farm Cottage! It was a perfect location for attending a wedding at The Lofton. The cottage was clean, well decorated and had many thoughtful touches from the hosts. It was well stocked with everything you may need! Highly recommend this wonderful cottage!

The Farm Cottage lived up to it's description, and exceeded it! This property is totally charming, clean as a whistle and neat as a pin. Everything is updated, attractive and in perfect working order. Mel is on top of the communication like a pro. The farm setting is beautiful, peaceful, and the goats will come running when you walk up to greet them. Pretty cute. You will never go wrong renting this property.
