Reel FanSea is situated in the oceanfront Pier Pointe community, with easy access to Emerald Isle's beautiful beaches and no road to cross to reach the sand. This particular building is situated right next to popular amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts as well as the running/biking path.

Please note: Community amenities are managed separately and may be subject to seasonal schedules, weather-related closures, maintenance, or other circumstances outside our control.
Pool season: The pool is generally available April through October, but opening and closing dates are determined by weather, staffing, and community management. Temporary closures may occur for maintenance or other circumstances outside our control.
PARKING
Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- No Smoking, of any kind, inside the condo or on the decks.
- No Pets
- Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home; there are no interior cameras.
- Community amenities, including the pool, are managed separately and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Quiet Time 10pm - 7am
We encourage guests to consider purchasing independent travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances, cancellations, and nonrefundable travel expenses.
