The Space:
Come and relax in this spacious ground-floor villa with easy access to amenities like a pool and hot tub with amazing sunset views overlooking Broad Creek! This 1-bedroom villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and dining area with gorgeous water views, both inside and out, all to yourself! You can sit at the dining table or relax on the balcony and experience a breathtaking sunset overlooking the Broad Creek deepwater channel and Intercostal Waterway. You can also enjoy front-row views of the Harbourfest fireworks on summer nights! You'll be mesmerized by the views of water life and boating activity, and you can watch the dolphins, manatees, and water birds from inside picture windows or out on the balcony!
Captains Quarters is connected to Shelter Cove Marina, where you'll find wonderful shopping, popular gourmet restaurants, bars with live music, and the Shannon Tanner Pavilion, which offers two shows nightly in the summer. It's also the place for super fun water activities like dolphin tours, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boat rentals, including a pirate ship adventure for kids!

Dunes Buggy Shuttle is a free service that will pick you up at the front of our building and runs from 8 am to 9 pm from April to September. If you enjoy riding bikes, it's only a lovely 10- or 12-minute ride on family-friendly tree-lined bike trails with an easy underpass to cross over to the beach. Or simply take a five-minute car ride over to one of our two private beach access points, Dunes House or Disney Beach House, each of which includes outdoor showers, restrooms, and a snack bar. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach at these locations.
If you have the desire to explore, the historical city of Savannah, Georgia is just an hour's ride away. It's a delightful experience to take a stroll from one renowned square to another, admiring the stunning period homes' architecture, all perfectly preserved. * Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.
The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:
1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.
2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.
3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Awesome property with beautiful views. The condo was the cleanest condo we had ever stayed in at HHI. Very comfortable and very well furnished. The location was very quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo. Very much appreciated.
