253 Captain's Quarters, where amazing sunrises greet you in this contemporary one-bedroom villa. Coming this fall the kitchen will be renovated with new cabinets, counter tops and fixtures.
The villa is designed to offer a perfect blend of modern amenities and a serene waterfront atmosphere. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area that seamlessly flows into an open-plan kitchen and dining space. The living area is furnished with plush seating arrangements, including a queen sofa bed, allowing you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the marsh.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher, making it convenient for you to prepare your meals. The dining area features a table for 4, providing a comfortable space for enjoying your culinary creations.
The bedroom is a cozy haven, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed adorned with high-quality linens. The bathroom is well-appointed and features a walk-in shower.
The private balcony overlooks the water, providing an ideal spot to relax and unwind. It provides an intimate and tranquil setting, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat by the sea.

Rent a bicycle and take advantage of the miles and miles of bike paths that the island has to offer, or pedal the short distance to the beach and spend the day in the sand and surf. This has become my winter home. It is possibly the most peaceful rental on Hilton Head Island. The complex is very quiet and the views of Broad Creek, with boats coming and going from the marina, cannot be beat. Easy walk to shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove and the unit itself is nicely furnished, with a beautiful new kitchen to enjoy. I plan to return next winter, and for as many years as this delightful villa is available to rent. Look no further, this is the one you want!

We arrived on a Wednesday evening to a neatly arranged space with smooth music playing as we walked through the front door. Our property manager had made sure all of the finishing touches had been completed prior to our arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, clean and simplistic designs of this beautiful home. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunset views. The proximity to the shelter cove shops and restaurants is just 5 mins walk from the gated parking area and we definitely took advantage of this opportunity. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would love to make another trip down to stay again next year!
