This cozy home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus an additional living room/office with a sofa bed. Sleeps 5 people. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher. Laundry room w/ washer and dryer. And we can`t forget the private backyard with a HOT TUB HAVEN!!
Our home also features a dedicated workspace for our remote workers.
Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking in the driveway.
Our property is very close to UC Davis Medical Center.
Entire space is yours. Please make yourself at home! :)

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.
■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.
Please respect quiet hours 10pm-8am
Please DO NOT smoke in property or $250 smoking fee will be charged.
Please return laminated parking permit if used.
Regarding alteration requests: If you make an alteration request to shorten your staying DURING your stay, you will be responsible to pay for 50% of the original remaining days

I’ve stayed at this VRBO a couple of times, and it’s always been clean, comfortable, and well‑kept. The location works great for my needs, and overall it’s been a reliable place to stay. If you’re coming to this area, I’d definitely recommend it..

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped with everything we needed. The little touches — like xmas lights outside and xmas decorations inside — made it feel warm and inviting. The location was convenient to UCDavis, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily return on our next trip.

The home was very cozy, clean, serene and very relaxing. The neighborhood was pretty calm and quiet. The host was very nice and had plenty of amenities available. I give them 5 star rating sretreat

We really appreciated the amenities - coffee, spices, hot tub, nice towels, toiletries. It was very comfortable for 2 couples!
