Walk everywhere from this inviting 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo in the heart of Ketchum.
Bright and airy with double-height ceilings and hardwood floors, this second-level corner unit opens onto a light-flooded living area, styled in farmhouse modern decor in clean, white tones accented by nautical blues. Cushioned bench seating lines two walls of full-length windows, offering views of the town and surrounding mountains.
Conveniently laid out on a single floor, Colonnade 11 sleeps 5 guests between king-sized beds in the primary and guest primary suites, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
*Please note AC is not central AC, but a split, single unit in the kitchen and living room area only.
The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub.
The guest primary has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
From your convenient location in the heart of downtown, you’ll find restaurants, cafes and entertainment steps away, including the heralded French restaurant Michel’s directly across the street. Take the free city shuttle to River Run Lodge for skiing in the winter or lift-served hiking and biking in the summer, or ride to Sun Valley Lodge for year-round recreation, from ice skating to bowling.
Although you can easily enjoy your vacation without a car, on-site parking allows to explore the surrounding area or drive to the mountain if you choose.
* There will be ongoing street and infrastructure construction summer 2024 into Fall. There may be loud noise, dust and negative impacts to outdoor space during this time. The impacts may be experienced inside and outside the home.
Noise at this property should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum, and please note this home is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Loved our stay! Traveling with my daughter and her boyfriend and my son — all late twenties. The unit was very spacious so plenty of room to spread out and have your own quiet time when needed — 2 of mine need to work several days on their laptops so that worked out perfectly. We each had our own bathroom and tv, and the decor is beautiful!. And best of all we were walking distance to everything in downtown Ketchum! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Property was beautiful, and exactly as advertised. Very well decorated, but casual and relaxed enough to not feel stuffy. Kitchen was very well equipped, views are gorgeous, and location was excellent! Close to restaurants, shopping, and just a zip down the road to River Run Lodge and Warm Springs, and Sun Valley Lodge and Dollar Mtn in opposite direction. We will come back!

We will be back! I can't say enough good things about Natural Retreats and this property. It was perfect for us and perfectly located.
My only concern is that I saw a booking for this place on a luxury site that was half the price we paid. When I called to ask about it, I was assured that it was falsely advertised. I would just make sure that is the case. I can understand fluctuations in prices due to time of year and season, but this was vastly less expensive.
