This immaculate, sparkling 3 bedroom/3 bathroom luxury condo is located in the heart of downtown Ketchum. Amazing views of Bald Mountain and the peaks to the north, this property is an absolute stunner. Completed in late 2017, it is in spotless condition and is the perfect place to enjoy the surrounding outdoor playground by day and all the restaurants and nightlife of Ketchum in the evening. Hardwood floors, stone countertops, fully appointed kitchen, plush bedding - everything combines to make this an unforgettable place to enjoy your stay in town. The covered deck and indoor/outdoor fireplace gives visitors a place to relax outside no matter what the season or weather. The property is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and grocery stores, and with the free bus service to the ski mountain there is no need for a car, though there is covered, onsite dedicated parking.

Wonderful trip to Sun Valley. The condo was in a perfect spot downtown. The third floor (above unit) got loud at times but was worth it for the location. Furniture could be refreshed but overall great property. Hopefully we’ll be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay on the Sun Valley area. We skied, shopped, visited with friends and frequented many restaurants. The Condo home was an excellent location in the center of Ketchum so we walked everywhere with ease or hopped on the free bus system to get to & from the hill.
The condo is nearly new, lots of natural light, and with a group of women three bathrooms with 5 sinks were really nice. We will stay there again!
