About this apartment rental
Enjoy a cozy experience at this ranch-style home in the heart of Anchorage. Stylish three bedroom, two bath and fully stocked kitchen. Embrace the open concept living area. Less than a mile away from Providence Hospital and with grocery stores and gas stations right around the corner. Drive just a few minutes down Tudor Rd and take the Seward Highway onto your next adventure. Our home is perfect for visitors to Alaska or Alaskans needing a place to call home during short stays.
This is a single story home that’s family friendly near the hospital and local shops. The entire unit has modern updates throughout. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed. Spacious living room has a large sectional for room to lounge or sleep on and a 55” TV for everyone to enjoy.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a crockpot, a blender, anything you have at home, we may have it too. A comfortable dining table that seats 4-6 and a kitchen island with 4 additional seatings so all meals may be enjoyed together. If your trip has a business component, you’ll find a simple workspace to fulfill your professional needs.
Full sized washer and dryer in unit with all the laundry essentials.
This is the left unit of the duplex. With a private entrance, the entire space is yours along with a shared fenced backyard that can be access from the either side of the home. Guest will have two parking spots in the driveway. Guests are not allowed to access the garage. The door will be locked along with a storage closet door inside the home that will be locked also. It is the supply closet.
If you are staying for the weekend or a week, we also have cars available for rent if interested. Ask us about a bundle deal! (Only available during May-Sept)

Not only a beautiful place but EVERYTHING from paper towels to shampoo and body wash, Detergents and q-tips etc etc. Much more than most places I’ve stayed supply‼ Helps a lot!!

Great place for a family of 4. The location was good for going downtown Anchorage, or any other direction in the state which we did during our stay. Very clean and nice place. I would use it again.

House was great for our family of 4, allowing our teenage boys to get their own rooms. Wife loved the decor and finishing of the home making it very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the hot water was great.
