property was neat and tidy. easy to check in. host was easy communicate with.

Overall the property was nice. The outside of the place needs a good cleanup. Pulling up to the house it just looked a little junky as well as in the backyard. The inside of the house was nicely decorated and clean although it did have a slight odor as if someone had been smoking in the house. It was big enough for our family of 5 to sleep and gather comfortably. Based on the inside of the house I would stay here again.

I’ll start by saying this place was conveniently located, the home was warm and cozy and the layout was user friendly. It felt modern and accommodated my family of 5 nicely. Communication with the property owner had a good turn around time and he was amicable. Water pressure in shower was nice and the back porch was a great space but nowhere to sit or lounge. The kitchen was unfortunately ill equipped, missing some of the most basic items. Suggestion to provide additional items was made to the property owner and hopefully the lack of knives, scissors, cooking utensils and a baking tray and cutting board will be available for the next renter. Great kitchen but not super functional for cooking. Before using the top bunk bed, I would suggest checking to make sure it is secured at all connection points. This is an item suggested to the property owner that I am hopeful he will attend to ASAP. With some changes, I would stay there again!
