Welcome to Orca Place. Relax with the whole family in this newly remodeled MODERN STYLE home in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. This place includes driveway and street parking. Wifi access, television with streaming apps(Netflix,Disney+). Huge backyard. Trails nearby leading into Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. All beds have new linens. Hospital, pharmacy grocery stores within close distance

I’ll start by saying this place was conveniently located, the home was warm and cozy and the layout was user friendly. It felt modern and accommodated my family of 5 nicely. Communication with the property owner had a good turn around time and he was amicable. Water pressure in shower was nice and the back porch was a great space but nowhere to sit or lounge.
The kitchen was unfortunately ill equipped, missing some of the most basic items. Suggestion to provide additional items was made to the property owner and hopefully the lack of knives, scissors, cooking utensils and a baking tray and cutting board will be available for the next renter. Great kitchen but not super functional for cooking.
Before using the top bunk bed, I would suggest checking to make sure it is secured at all connection points. This is an item suggested to the property owner that I am hopeful he will attend to ASAP.
With some changes, I would stay there again!
